Causes Of Social Anxiety Disorder


                Social anxiety disorder is a condition that affected nearly 20 million Americans. It’s very  damaging and stressful conditions.  Social Anxiety Disorder’s sufferer will experience trauma and anxiety every time they go in social situation. Sometimes it’s not only affect emotional anxiety, but it often manifest physically like suddenly being nervous, feeling tension, shaking, or stammering (gagap) when they are in front of social situation. The conditions affect different people in different degree. Maybe some people not get worried of uncomfortable in bad social situation or just take it easily, but social anxiety disorder sufferer will get easily uncomfortable, discomfort, and feeling intimidated when it comes to social situations. They will get stressed to show in front of many people. This condition will affects the way they life and react , and they need treatment to cure that disorder.
            So, why social anxiety disorder happens? If we connect it with biological terms, the social anxiety disorder might be happened if there is chemical imbalance in brain that affects neurotransmitter and serotonin to works properly and it affects the message travel in nerve cells. If there is a problem there, it will affect the way people react and behave in stressful situation. The reason came mostly from our   environment too. If the sufferer had experienced any humiliation on their childhood, experiencing physical abuse, getting lack of praise and receive too much critics from their parents or people surround them, or trauma, it probably can lead to serious social anxiety disorder.
            To cure this social anxiety disorder, we have to do a treatment which takes a lot of time. This treatment may be didn’t get rid all of the disorder’s symptoms in sudden, but this treatment will decrease the social anxiety’s symptoms and it will let the person do something that they liked happily and productively. If you found someone or if there is your friend or family got this social anxiety disorder, you must understand, accept, and love them. You must take them to good treatment and help them to decrease the their anxiety of social lives , so if the treatment success, the person can life their live in new way.

Wearing Helmet

We often hear lots of stories from road regarding people taking spill on motorcycle when they are riding without using helmet. Mostly the riders badly end up in mess.

Wearing a fitted protective helmet offers many benefits which reduces the negative aspects of riding. First and the most important is that wearing the correct helmet can save a rider's life, physical ability, family pain, and money. The recommended designs of motorcycle helmets can provide total protection. They not only protect riders from getting a worse road injured accident but also from flying bugs, such as rain, sleet, mud and other potential projectiles.

Second, wearing a helmet can gives the raiders a matter of style. Helmets give the opportunity for rider to express the image they may want to project when riding on they way. This benefit may not be important to some people, but to others, it means a lot and important. By choosing the most appropriate helmet from all of the various styles, such as KYT, NHK, GM, and many others, wearing a helmet which can projecting an image is an inherent crucial part of motorcycling and help riders feel more confident when riding on the road.

However, what most important is wearing helmet when riding is a matter of using it properly. Bikers should use the helmets which are fixed to their head. It is really not good if they places simply the helmets on the head without settling them properly. The bikers should fasten the helmet correctly to their head in order to get safe and comfort.

GREAT WEEKEND

(ORIENTATION) had great weekend with my roommate Jess. Last Saturday, we got up early and had a big breakfast. Then we took the bus to go downtown and went to an art museum. The museum opened at nine o’clock and we stayed there all mornings.
          (EVENTS) We saw some beautiful paintings. We had a guide who explained everything to us. I liked all the art, but Jess didn’t like the modern art very much. I bought copies of two paintings. I’m going to put them on the wall of my bedroom.
          (RE-ORIENTATION) At one o’clock, we were hungry so we had lunch at the museum cafeteria. After lunch, we took a walk in the park near the museum. We went home at five o’clock. We were very tired, but we had a good time.
