Causes Of Social Anxiety Disorder


                Social anxiety disorder is a condition that affected nearly 20 million Americans. It’s very  damaging and stressful conditions.  Social Anxiety Disorder’s sufferer will experience trauma and anxiety every time they go in social situation. Sometimes it’s not only affect emotional anxiety, but it often manifest physically like suddenly being nervous, feeling tension, shaking, or stammering (gagap) when they are in front of social situation. The conditions affect different people in different degree. Maybe some people not get worried of uncomfortable in bad social situation or just take it easily, but social anxiety disorder sufferer will get easily uncomfortable, discomfort, and feeling intimidated when it comes to social situations. They will get stressed to show in front of many people. This condition will affects the way they life and react , and they need treatment to cure that disorder.
            So, why social anxiety disorder happens? If we connect it with biological terms, the social anxiety disorder might be happened if there is chemical imbalance in brain that affects neurotransmitter and serotonin to works properly and it affects the message travel in nerve cells. If there is a problem there, it will affect the way people react and behave in stressful situation. The reason came mostly from our   environment too. If the sufferer had experienced any humiliation on their childhood, experiencing physical abuse, getting lack of praise and receive too much critics from their parents or people surround them, or trauma, it probably can lead to serious social anxiety disorder.
            To cure this social anxiety disorder, we have to do a treatment which takes a lot of time. This treatment may be didn’t get rid all of the disorder’s symptoms in sudden, but this treatment will decrease the social anxiety’s symptoms and it will let the person do something that they liked happily and productively. If you found someone or if there is your friend or family got this social anxiety disorder, you must understand, accept, and love them. You must take them to good treatment and help them to decrease the their anxiety of social lives , so if the treatment success, the person can life their live in new way.
