HEALTHY SNACK FOR KIDS
This is my reactions after I saw the video above:
GENERAL
INFORMATION
Basically, healthy eating that better for children
was creasing. It means that,in between the regular breakfast, lunch and dinner. This is
the essential that children have thinks
they can eat the snack. If you want to make sure snack and mainly healthy snack so it
is include from the amount of sugar, high protein and it can give energy over
several hours spirit.
SPECIFIC
INFORMATION
There
are some healthy snack that can be
give for children for increasing nutrient and giving
spirit,it is couple different healthy snack such as some boiled eggs that have
high protein,couple of fresh food,bananas,apple and cheese also have a very high protein.
Pea nut butter
also related with yoghurt for deeping the fruits
in and can used for deeping. That is all giving different color , different shapes and it make
interesting for children to eating it.
Conclusion
Some of healthy snack that elaborated before is
one of way for making children can interested like the circle of banana or
square for cheese. Whenever possible for
children to involved in giving the food ready, together and it is more easy and
part of the actual preparation food, so, finally they can eat it enjoyable with
giving something that exciting like different color, different shapes to eat
healthy way.
MY COMMENT
In my opinion after hearing this video, I think
this video it is good for us to know especially for parents that want giving
food to their children that healthy. As
we know that, many children that
difficult to eat the food that their mother have prepared, because children
more use their eyes to choose the food they like or I mean base on what it
looks like they want. If the food or snack is interesting for them so they will
eat it. But, eventhough the food is
include in healthy category but if not interesting that they look so, the children will lazy to
eat. So, beside this video give us information about some of healthy snack for
children, it give us information for parents to more creative in preparing or
giving snack for their children. I mean make food decorate in plating like the
different shapes like in the video, so
beside healthy, it looks exciting and
interesting for children.
